150 billion cfu’s per gram of yogurt starter powder.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Lactobacillus Bulgaricus
  • Streptococcus Thermophilus
  • Lactobacilus Acidophilus
  • Lactobacilus Lactis
  • Bifidobacterium Lactis

DAIRY FREE

Our probiotic formulations do NOT contain dairy, sugar, gluten, soy, casein, yeast, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, FOS or any Genetically Modified or engineered ingredients.

 

RECOMMENDED USE
Scoop size = 0.8 gram. Add half scoop ( 0.4 gm) of yogurt culture, per 2-4 quarts of milk at 100 Deg F (38 Deg C). Mix thoroughly and ferment for 9 hours or longer. Then refrigerate the yogurt made. Keep the yogurt culture in the refrigerator.

STORAGE
It is best to keep bottles tightly closed and refrigerated to retain maximum potency. We over design our probiotics so that the loss will not effect the potency indicated on the label. One can travel with our probiotics for 2-3 weeks without refrigeration. It is best however to keep probiotics refrigerated for optimum potency.
